We strive to be good citizens, investing our time in projects that benefit the communities we serve. We ask that our team members find a civic endeavor that inspires them and volunteer to help, and we support them in these efforts. Our mission at Heisten Financial is to give back to the community through charity donations.
My wife and I have started our own Donor Advisor Fund where in lieu of a gift to a client we will add their gift amount (per SEC guidelines) and match it to provide to a local charity below. Our goal is to raise over $100,000 in our Donor Advisor Fund and distribute 5% annually to various local charity. Prior to the creation of our Donor Advisor Fund from 2015 – 2020 we have donated over $34,000 to various charities.

Our Mission at Heisten Financial is to give back!
In November 2021 my wife and I created the Chris & Jami Heisten Family Donor Advisor (DAF) to give back to local charities in our community.
Our pledge is to match dollar for dollar (per SEC regulations) for clients that forgo their annual gift and place their amount along with our match in the Chris & Jami Heisten Heisten Family Donor Advisor DAF.
Once our fund reaches $100,000, we will give out 5% to local Charites of our clients choosing.
Over the years we have handed out over $38,500 to local charities.
